COMMISSION MEETINGS
HOW TO PARTICIPATE
All Commission meetings are open to the public.
Members of the public may join a meeting in person at the location posted on the agenda or can join virtually using the link or phone number found on the agenda. To join virtually using a smart device or smartphone, download the Zoom app or join the Zoom meeting from the browser. Virtual attendance is available for Commission members under SB 707, applicable for "just cause".

Written public comment must be submitted no later than 5:00 p.m. one business day before the scheduled meeting. Please include the Agenda Item and meeting title and date in your correspondence. Correspondence received shall become part of the official record.
Live Public Comment is limited to two minutes for each speaker and may be increased or decreased at the discretion of the co-chairs.
